Your coaching attributes shape tactics, scouting and player development. Earn personal money from your coaching job and spend it on training. Chemistry, egos and owner trust respond to your decisions.
At the end of each season, rivals pick rookies before your draft turn. Contracts expire and veterans age. Miss the owner’s demands and you can be fired; new offers let you continue your career elsewhere.
